What You Should Expect

Attendees at Johnson Sauer’s Divorce 101 should expect to learn about the divorce process, in general terms, including discussions about topics such as initial filings, status conferences, temporary orders and permanent orders hearing. General information regarding child support, parenting time and decision making will also be covered.
The costs of divorce are always an important consideration and in Divorce 101, our lawyers cover general topics such as filing fees, service of process fees, Child and Family Investigators costs, and initial retainers.
Colorado law prevents us from providing legal advice to non-clients. Therefore, our lawyers cannot discuss the specifics of your case with you. We cannot help you strategize, or tell you what we think of your case. Your attendance at the Johnson Sauer Divorce 101 program does not create an attorney/client relationship and you should never provide confidential information to any lawyer until you’ve retained them to represent you.
